February 4, 2020 - Deep, rubied rim; fragrant, nicely understated & suave; taffeta-like texture, crisp acidity, lovely clarity; focused finish. Best drunk soon, whilst fruit remains.

July 28, 2019 - Gorgeous fruit driven Cote Rotie - secondary flavours developing smoke and black fruit - perhaps less subtle than Clusel Roch or Rostaing from the same vintage but immensely delicious.

February 2, 2019 - La Tablee: Grand Tasting (26 Bridge Street, Brooklyn): Interesting as the '16 of this seemed to be all red fruits and red flowers and this was much darker in nature. A bit more broody. More granite. Very tasty. Like the way the extra time helps.

February 2, 2019 - Great style here. Fully fruited but balanced and fresh. Red black fruits. A touch feral and a bit of blood. Great now.

March 13, 2018 - Domaine Stephane Ogier masterlcass with Stephane Ogier (wine ark alexandria): Earthy, liquorice, blackberry, very slight red currant spice, very slightly meaty though this is quite a harmonious nose. Juicy, blackberry, slight peppery notes, tannins are tight but the fruit carries long. Very slight ash on the finish. Nice.
