December 7, 2017 - Another very likable Champagne from Bonnaire.
Lovely nose with sweet red berries, wild strawberries, red grape fruit and minerals showing.
Palate is fresh and very clean, with ripe berries, touch bread and a well-balanced acidity.
    Simply terrific juice!

July 17, 2016 - Sunday Lunch at Friends (Their House, Pok Fu Lam, Hong Kong): Vivid marmalade-orange colour. Moderate mousse and persistent beads of very small bubbles. Nose is burnt-orange marmalade with a yeasty element in the background. Palate is very effervescent and refreshing with a candied element of raspberry raspberry sweets from my schooldays. Not much finish. Not very interesting.

March 11, 2016 - I bought this a while ago. A long while ago. As in 2007 ago. I bought three and the first two left a period of time ago, but this has survived. Until now. My wife wanted to watch a couple of back episodes of Grey's Anatomy and I needed some liquid strength. We all know bubbles rule, right? Well, this was up for consumption a few days ago, and it was still in the kitchen--the perfect storm for a sacrifice.I was not disappointed. Musty and a bit oxidized, but this is the essence of aged champagne. You know, this is not for everyone and that is fine with me--this is squarely in my wheelhouse and I am about to smash it out of the park....I just need to get my wife out of the stadium.... thedrunkencyclist.com

January 1, 2016 - Drank as appetizer with Stone Crabs and dessert wine with poached pears on New Year's Eve. Pink is always nice. Good stuff, especially under $40.

October 12, 2015 - Darker than most rosés with strawberry rhubarb on the nose. Rich and full on the palate. I've had this for a while and was worried. But no need. Fantastic. 92. thedrunkencyclist.com

July 15, 2014 - Good rose. Nice nose of red fruit and cherries echoed in the wine itself. Entertaining and very pleasant but not complex enough to elevae it higher.
