October 29, 2012 - Lots of black cherry and plum. Stood up to the richness of salmon.

January 7, 2012 - - Crimsom color with fast forming legs. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of grapefruit with a light/medium body. Bright texture with a short finish.

December 21, 2008 - A little sweet for my tastes but overall a pleasant smooth wine with limited depth.

June 29, 2008 - sugary-ripe rhone fruit, not a bad value... very california style, which rubs me the wrong way

March 20, 2008 - Solid Rhone coming out of Sonoma County, interesting purple color, rich, not overly complex, very approachable, good food wine, not sweet just fruit forward, California style... Very enjoyable... Nose of cherry and strawberry which follow through on the palate. Medium finsh, not tannic. Would recco drinking in it's youth. I buy this wine every year, very consistent and good qpr for Sonoma County, not to mention something a little different, winery is also a bit off the beaten path, always an enjoyable visit. Great dogs !

February 28, 2008 - Served at an offline blind. Purple mauve in color; sweet Concord grape on the nose; sweet on the palate with black pepper and blackberry jam notes with a semi-dry finish. Big and over the top in style. Correctly identified it as California. Made for those who like soda pop. Fair.
