  January 19, 2024 - Popped and poured just because I couldn’t keep my hands off this. A bit of green tinge on the rim with yellow gold at the core. The nose is bright with tarragon, quince and apricot that all carry across the palate. Even in its infant youthfulness, it delivers abundant pleasure. If I make the mistake of opening another bottle so young, I’ll be certain to decant it, but hopefully, I’ll keep my mitts off for another 4 or more years. Some slight sediment. 14% alc. With charcuterie and cheeses. 01.19.24. Recommended.

  rich and enveloping on the palate, oily and thick, lots of fruit
  
  nice stuff, a little hot, but plenty fresh overall
