    August 25, 2016 - Ouff...on est loin du Prince probus ici, nous est apparu fané et réduit, surprenant pour un Cahors. Pas beaucoup de fruit et amer, finale asséchante et sur la chauffe, déception!

    Un Cahors 2004 qu a encore quelques belles années devant lui.... Nez profond aux fruits bien muris qui rappelle les Bordeaux. La bouche est généreuse avec des tanins solide. C'est d'une bonne structure avec des notes de terre, de cuit et de torréfaction.
    Pour ceux qui trouve que le vin au Québec est trop cher, dites vous bien que certains l'ont payé 17 livres en Angleterre, ce qui donne 33$ Canadien au taux de change de vendredi...... il était à 24$ Canadien à la SAQ lors de l'achat en novembre 2009....
