May 22, 2017 - Deep golden, greenish colour. Disappointing on day one. Hollow on the mid palate and short finish.
Much better on day two: Still light bodied but with decent structure and length. Almost dry. More fruit and sweetness on day three. My final score is 88.
This bottle has past its prime for a long time. Maybe its just this specific bottle.

March 1, 2015 - Wow 22 yrs young. Clear dark gold in color. Clean nose of petrol and honey. Off dry, med acidity, med body, honey, apricot, citrus, and pear on palate. Nice finish. Drinking great, could drink for a number of years.

October 16, 2012 - This makes a delicious aperitif. Very well balanced. The acidity makes it lively & more-ish, and leaves a tangy residual stimulus to the saliva. Fruity and floral, but a hint of grain and linseed as well. Very good indeed. AP 6 94.

January 14, 2012 - Floral, chalky layers. Drinking well, i debate the issue of acidity, i am not sure there is quite enough. Fruit and sugar levels make this a very enjoyable wine.

March 25, 2010 - Dense. Showing like a young Spätlese now. Hazelnut, key lime, creme, petrol, chamomile, exotic floral notes. Full of youth, a perfect acidity, great integration, but still displaying backwards. I would say this has at least five to ten years till maturity, and a great amount of time thereafter before the downslope. Beautiful and bright. (92-95)

Note: Six days later without preservation and the wine is still a charm. Vivid, strong, reconfirming.
