April 10, 2015 - Mjuk försiktig arompalett som drar åt äpplen och citrus med toner av kryddörter och kanel.
Krämig munkänsla men lite spetsig. Hemgjord lingondricka med skön kärvhet och stramt återhållen känsla av röda bär. Syran är hög (för min smak, men stilenlig) och smaken intensiv och skärpt som eggen på en ny Morakniv. Väl slankt för att imponera, men gott som fan.

Taste was dry, whit nice fruit and also toastiness. Acids were bit low. Textiure was creamy and little bit heavy -
