December 29, 2018 - Full nose of smoke, meat and sweet black fruit. The palate is concentrated with smoky black fruit and spice. For the ripeness/richness, this has excellent freshness and precision. Aging glacially. I don't drink much Cali Syrah anymore, but this is quite nice, especially for the tariff.
