March 13, 2024 - Checking back in on this one. Still a treat. Opens with some funk, bright red nose, strawberry on entry yields to some grassy straw and acidity on the finish. Maybe some improvement to come, but I don't see much reason to hold back.

October 20, 2023 - This wine is my favorite dN Pinot outside of the 70 Series from Oregon. A step above 296. Stylistically, this is not Sonoma or RRV. Very obviously cool climate — nose of cherry, pomegranate, spice. 45 mins of air and the entry through mid palate is really in nice shape — a bit of weight, hints of savory, settled tannin, no noticeable oak, and cherry + strawberry. Very typical of the AVA, and a really nice wine which will get better over the next few years but I don’t see my remaining bottles making it very long.

September 2, 2023 - Easy drinking, fruit forward Pinot. Alcohol shows a bit more than ideal, but also good acidity and concentration without extraction. Well integrated oak, though will benefit from a year or two in bottle.

July 29, 2023 - Tasty, juicy, fruit forward and modern Pinot. A little spice on nose and palate but mainly fruit forward cherry. Nice wine.

July 23, 2023 - This was really tasty. Very light in body and color - almost transparent.
A bit of a surprise to me as I as expecting it to be weak in flavor given the lack of body/color/heft.
But it was pretty typical PN to me.. good barnyard funk, a little spicy and tart - Yum.

Short finish but this was a very nice light PN for the dead of summer drinking.
    Happy with this one.
