June 2, 2018 - Another surprise from the cellar. It’s Barosa roots helped it to last longer than expected. Minimal oxidation on the edges, moderate fruit. Dry on the approach but balanced. Not jammy at all so maybe time dissolved the usual big profile.

September 27, 2012 - Fruit dominated flavor with deep layers of blueberry and a rich bramble fruit. Lacking tannins at first as the fruit dominated. Next day the tannins were outstanding while the fruit was muted. Good candidate for maybe some more aging.

March 15, 2012 - good deep purple, what one would expect from a aussi Shiraz, loads of dark fruit, and surprisingly amount of acidity left after all these years of cellaring. Drink now, starting to head downward, i doubt it will get any better with more age.

September 26, 2011 - Full-bodied jammy fruit with a little earth. Really nothing special,

April 24, 2011 - Dark aromas of blackberries and a little creme brûlée. Intense flavors of blackberry pie with a little leather thrown in. Drink now.
