May 7, 2009 - Apple blossom nose. Tart but with a hint of tropical fruit in there, sort of pineapple/papaya in a trace. Overall tasting the citrus and refreshing notes. Pretty lengthy finish too. Excellent value too.

March 21, 2009 - Light yellow color. Nose of tart apple, citrus. Similar palate with some grapefruit, slight anise. Good acidity but not much minerality. I would have guessed a Sauv. Blanc in a blind tasting. Not too exciting.

October 1, 2008 - Nice medium bodied wine. Crisp, but not over the top, acidity. Nice lingering finish for a $11 bottle. Ripe pineapple, subtle citrus, apple, grapefruit. Fruit forward for those that aren't into the oak thing (butter, spices, etc).

July 11, 2008 - Very fruity. Pleasant with no negatives, but not super impressive.

June 29, 2008 - Smells like chardonnay, not oak, which is a good start. Taste had a nice kick with strong hints of grapefruit and tangy citrus. A little too tart, dry, and tangy like granny smith apples combined with lemon for my personal taste.

January 20, 2008 - I wasn't too wowed by a Wishing Tree Shiraz a couple of seasons back and I have a similar response here. God make oak to put wine in so why leave it out so intentionally. Pale greenish-yellow, modest weight, clean citrus apple fruit. Some have drawn comparison with S.B. and I can see that.
