    December 25, 2012 - Still drinking surprisingly well. Good buttery oak but balanced nicely with pear and apple flavors. Color still good also.

    June 5, 2011 - Great fruit, sweet and ripe. Yes a bit oaky but not too much so. Wish there were a touch more acidity, but still, very pleasant.

    December 24, 2009 - Holiday tradition of crab-stuffed mushrooms on the porch with a roaring fire. This wine always does the trick with shellfish. Full bodied but not over-oaked. Seemed more flowery than I remember bottles in the past.
