November 20, 2021 - A bunch of years ago we had our first LGD Rose and absolutely loved it and yet have spent very little time chasing this wine even as we've gotten much more into champagne. Every time I have another one of these I feel like that was a miss. This is great. It's a darker style of rose champagne. Darker fruits, more body, more heft. The kindof wine that almost wants to be paired with a steak or at least a big fatty meat. Really delicious.

May 16, 2021 - Get Together (MK's home): First time with an aged rose champagne. Aromas of caramel, apples, copious flowers. Nutty caramel on palate with apples and flowers. With more air, the wine becomes more seamless and elegant with the aged, oxidative flavors merging with the apples and flowers. Nice acids and mild bubbles. Very nice.

September 2, 2020 - Great now... but I would say drink up!

November 23, 2019 - Opened an hour before serving, which allowed the oxidized smell to blow off. Drank with appetizers of Parma ham and other cured meats, paired very nicely - definitely better with food than on its own.
