September 12, 2017 - In an interesting place right now. Just barely entering what I think will be a long drinking window. Not exactly closed up but you can tell how much is packed in and will emerge with time. An hour and a half in the glass is doing wonderful things.
I'm going to wait another 3+ years before reaching for the next bottle. Lots more upside here. -
