September 8, 2023 - Pretty epic matured burgundy with caramel, creamy palate. Nose is to die for.

April 27, 2012 - Again a perfectly stored bottle. The levbels before openeing were about 1.5cm which is great for a wine of this age. The initial colour was golden and very clear, boding well for a wonderful serving. The wine took its time as our first glass was not served chilled enough. As time progressed, the wine started to exhibit all the great qualities of an older burgundy white. Buttery cream and oak spice, mixed with a nice floral and fruity taste. The wine continued to evolve over the course of the first haldf of the dinner and was brilliant towards the end. no signs of premox at all, and credit to the wine cellars (Amoeno in HK) for sourcing this wonderful wine.

April 25, 2008 - Slightly oxidized and not as youthful as the others from the same lot.

February 17, 2008 - Again, with consistent notes, except this bottle had absolutely no signs of oxidation.
