Community Tasting Notes 4

January 4, 2013 - Golden in color, nose is all vanilla and Carmel. Little to no fruit maybe some peaches. Interesting but not to my liking. Definitely would prefer it to have been younger.

March 18, 2009 - Love this Rhone style white with its spice and floral complexity on the palate.

November 13, 2008 - Very consistent aroma & flavor profile with prior bottle we drank on 3/29, but this one had a deeper golden hue and definitely had a much greener finish. Here's the note from March - Clear, golden yellow color. Very fragrant nose of blossom, butter, peach, vanilla, honey & oak. Good body, muted tannins, balanced acidity & fruit. Flavor profile revolves around apple, pear, butter, spice & some minerality. Very enjoyable
