November 27, 2019 - Surt, märkligt, spritig (fruktbrännvin?). Nej.

    May 29, 2019 - Fun, older wine.

February 3, 2018 - Q1 - 2018 Tasting - Aged Barolo Theme (NY, NY): 11/17 wines tasted double blind. Bring out the FUNK!! Wow did this one have a "stinky in a good way" nose on it. It was the first wine in the line up that had a powerful nose of any kind. The color was quite pale and translucent. On the palate this was feminine, and pretty - more tea leaves and fragrant herbs, not much fruit. I really enjoyed this. My guess was very old 70's?? 3.5*

February 3, 2018 - Aged Barolo (aka Q1 wine club) (The Apt): Wine #11: Older wine that has more of a touch of sweet than some of the others. Almost like a fruit pate where the fruit flavor is more muted and the sweet shines through. A certain maturity to it as well and in this case it works well. Good wine. (11 pennies)

September 16, 2016 - A lot of sediment. Attractive nicely drinking Barolo, 3rd best Barolo vintage of the -60s, good but not as clear and pure as the -64 Pio Cesare in the same tasting.

(Giacomo Borgogno & Figli Barolo) Bricking medium dark red violet color; dried cherry, dried berry, cedar nose; cedar, dried cherry, mineral, tart red berry palate; medium-plus finish 92+ points (reconditioned release from 2006, so drinking like a much younger Barolo than a typical 1967)
