November 11, 2022 - Cork is firm and in good condition. Dark in the glass with red to brown colour on the rim showing age. Nose is fairly mute, some pepper and dark fruit. Palate is savoury, earthy, tar, pepper, cherry, kirsh. Tannin is prominent and very drying on the finish. Fruit was a little lean compared to the tannin. There's a plastic/artificial note on the nose and the finish that was prominent at first and then mellowed out. I couldn't shake it though, enjoyed the wine it was a bit off putting.

Enjoyed the bottle, a bit out of balance though. lots of structure but the fruit wasn't there. Maybe past it's best?

June 3, 2020 - Seemed kind of nondescript though well-balanced and pleasant enough, but surprisingly it was better the next day, from the leftovers in an uncovered decanter. More recognizably quality SRhone Grenache.

    November 30, 2019 - Voluminous and bawdy.

May 5, 2019 - Still in excellent shape! The nose is a little bit muted, but the palate is spicy and delicious!

January 19, 2019 - Bottle number 11. Still showing strong. Fruity and almost chewy.
