February 28, 2022 - Served blind (#HSA), I guessed top notch chablis 2008; in my defense i was busy in the kitchen. Lemon confit, fine minerality, bees wax, a creamy richesse and a very good balance. Drinking a point, I think.

January 22, 2022 - This wine enjoyed with overdone (i.e., neglected in the broiler and burnt) tuna/cannelonni bean casserole. At least the wine was good! This wine has so many layers of bouquet, flavor, mouthfeel, etc., i will simply incorporate everything that everyone has said about it. Marvelous wine turning slightly golden but not in any way oxidized. Sadly, this was my last bottle.

    December 2, 2021 - Bouteille # 15038

Conclusion : Du très grand vin!

November 12, 2021 - power over elegance. big bodied white. in spite of this it still comanded good minerality.not really my style of white but interesting to try. this could pare with a serious meat dish in my opinion. Bottle #13196
