December 28, 2008 - Almost inky purple. Loads of black berries on aroma with lots of vanilla/oak on back end. Taste follows aromas. Decent acidity. After about 1 hour with the bottle open, the oak becomes overpowering and dominates everything else. At that point, tasted like vanilla creme brulee with some black berries on top. Not good. Decent finish although a bit hot.

September 19, 2008 - This is a very fair merlot. Maybe of a kind. Deep inky ruby red with violet notes with intense nose and notes os forest fruits and some leather. On the mouth is medium body kind, lady kind with a very god acidity sensation. Perfect for almost every meal. 40 sec aftertaste, and a retrotaste full of spices, fruits and humidity complexity. recomendable entry level merlot
