Community Tasting Notes 2

  • christophee Does not like this wine: 80 points

April 27, 2012 - Clear yellow with med-lite viscosity in the glass. Terpene, honey, guava and citrus on the nose. Lite body and ditton the nose on the palate. Not enough structure. Short finish. Immemorable.

February 26, 2011 - Ripe pear, banana, petrol, and wet stone meet the nose up front. Dig a little deeper and there's honeysuckle and honey. The mouthfeel is velvety and luscious. Petrol comes through on the nose and the palate. The finish is a good balance of smooth and lively, velvety but refreshing. Lingering notes of cantaloupe. The only thing holding me back from a 90 pt. scre here is a little hollowness on the mid-palate. Other than that, a great German Riesling!
