December 13, 2019 - Deep purple wine , Green peppers initially although faded a bit after a few hours. Strong spine this wine has, very nice.

December 7, 2019 - A nice floral nose that has some violet in there. Really big flavor and mouthfeel initially. Deep, dark flavors. Took a short decant to open up. But absolutely delicious.

November 9, 2019 - From mag last night at the 4th annual Veteran's Day party, double decanted for 2 hrs, deep ruby, no bricking, dark cherry, med. tannins, long finish; outstanding, MC Charlie rated it WOTN, drink or hold

September 7, 2019 - I drink a 2008 not so long ago and it seem overprice for what it is - not this one - Is really good and don't wait - I don't believe is going to get better. Iodine - Black cherry, well balance!
The wine looks inky colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like black currant (cassis), prune and espresso.
