November 7, 2022 - Bright and tart fruit, enjoyable wine. Not a huge body of depth but balanced and enjoyable. A touch of grass and pepper.

February 16, 2018 - Held up, was surprised. I had forgot I had this. Nose was dark cherry, and cola, slight nilla. On the palate, more of the same with a touch of fig, medium acidity, macerated cherries, smooth with light tannins still present. Finish was not super long however held nicely and was not astringent.

December 30, 2017 - Still contains a good amount of sweet fruit. Seems a bit forward and overdone at first, with syrupy cherry cola, beef jerky, holiday spices, umeboshi, and prunes on the nose. But on the palate, the texture is supple, and the wine is more or less balanced. Some red fruits peak through toward the finish. Maybe a tad heavy for my tastes, but to its credit, the wine does keep changing in the glass.

August 23, 2015 - Drank after a bottle of champagne, so not a lot of details... Delicious as always.

December 5, 2013 - Beautiful crimson red color with tinges of rust on the edges. Still fairly fruit forward, lots of pear on the nose, plus some alcohol, maybe some floral notes (I think this bottle could have stayed down a little while longer). Fuller bodied than some burgundies I've had recently, but I would say medium bodied. Finish was a little acidic and not too long. All-in-all still a very nice wine.
