August 5, 2012 - Still ruby color with slightly orange rim, cherry and raspberry with spice, pepper, vanilla. Very balanced, smooth, long finish. I believe it is at its peak, drink now.

February 19, 2011 - Lavender and violet and meaty scents scents and vanilla bean. Ruby color. A light medium body. Light alcohol heat at the end. Well balanced given it's high alcohol content at 16.3%.
