March 11, 2021 - Chambolle Southside 1er (Zoom / Chicago): Ripe strawberry and raspberry nose with some pleasant spice and florals. Ripe fresh cut fruits with a juicy plushness. Some mineral complexity. A bit short and compact.

March 11, 2021 - Chambolle Musigny "Southside" 1er Cru Tasting (Chicagoland IL): In Charmes flight. Mostly mature red and black cherry with as much earth. Still more tannic than ideal for the remaining level of fruit, giving a slightly drying finish. Others liked this more.

December 14, 2019 - A touch tight on pop n' pour. Opens up nicely over 30 minutes. Drinking at peak with delicately lush fruit and plenty of acid driven structure. Earth and starting to pick up some mushroom as well.
