November 23, 2012 - Enjoyed over two evenings. Drinking very well and still a big wine. Fruit still there, a bit of earthiness, and a finish that sticks around.

November 30, 2008 - Opened up nicely. Overly sweet fruit and a slightly hot character early on gave way to a cherry body with a hint of plum with maybe a bit of nutmeg thrown in for fun as the bottle progressed. Finish is decently long though a tad hot. Drink now. It ain't gonna get any better.

December 25, 2007 - What a difference a couple of years make. An intense nose and palate of candied cherry, spice, and cinnamon. Drinking well now.

September 22, 2007 - Seems like every other bottle of this is a 'winner'. Best bottle yet. Rich dark fruits in layers on both the the palate and nose. Lots of spice and underbrush too, especially cinnamon. Long balanced finish with acid lift. Just great.
