May 7, 2017 - Beyond it s peak: looses lots of flavors; still a mature, though weakened Bordeaux; weak support from tasting group.
July 18, 2015 - Quite nice, but a vaster difference in maturity than expected vs. a bottle four years ago. This registered as quite mature and all about the tertiary stuff, with any of the original fruit firmly in the back seat if not the trunk. Which is generally delightful, but wasn't the best choice with our Peking Duck dinner: a younger fruitier Pomerol or other Merlot wine would've been a better match.
April 19, 2015 - Medium/deep garnet core, pale garnet rim. Nose is complex with spicy, sweet mellow red fruits, touch of plum, notes of earth and cream. Medium bodied on the palate, spicy, mellow red-toned fruit, very fine soft tannins, balanced acidity, very good length slightly savoury finish with just a touch of remaining grip. Altogether an excellent, mature Pomerol for drinking over the next 5-7 years.

May 12, 2013 - - Garnet color with a light/medium body. Round texture - wonderful wine my last bottle but greatfriends drank them
May 10, 2013 - Solid, medium bodied pomerol that lacks complexity and secondary flavors.
Opened a day in advance and then a 1-2 hour decant before dinner.
88-89 pts.
March 3, 2013 - Excellent wine. Very smooth and balanced. My last bottle, Shame to see it go.
February 22, 2013 - Never heard of this, but it's ripe, spicy, nicely cedary, rather good
January 24, 2013 - Really excellent, even better than it was in 2010. Wonderful balance of earth, pencil lead, fruit, and some tannins. Impressively vibrant.
