September 25, 2022 - Lovely West Coast Pinot Nuanced, light body, excellent with salmon. Great example of what restraint and patience can do for American Pinot noir. Convinces me that I should keep the well made Pinots

May 14, 2015 - Really awesome stuff, medium pale cherry red, great nose of cherries, pie spices, sassafras, root beer, tree bark - great palate, silky, smooth, great balance - flavour depth is where is lacks a titch, but this is wonderful PN, with personality and verve, complexity coming but if I had another bottle I wouldn't hesitate to leave it a while longer, as the freshness is still there.

July 21, 2013 - Medium ruby color with a pink rim. The purity on the nose is breathtaking - cherries, pomegranate, and spicy French oak. It smells like a barrel room and transports me back to many visits to Sonoma. The palate is packed with pure red cherry, pomegranate, spice, and earth. There is solid acidity in this medium-bodied wine, and the mouthfeel is refined and silky. The finish is packed with red fruits and has very good length. Overall, this has pure red fruit, great refinement, and seems to have at least 3 - 5 more years left.

January 5, 2013 - Terrific balance light and feminine. Sour cherries tightly curled tannins and high acids that float above a mushroom and earth base.

November 18, 2012 - Very nice wine. Pure red fruit flavors and great acidity...a little minerality to add to the complexity. Held up very well over 3 days.
