August 26, 2017 - Excellent, 12% alc. Museum Release.
Colour: pale lemon
Bouquet: lemon, lemon curd
Palate: lemon, green fruit, creamy texture, great mouthfeel, dry, clean acid long finish. Classic semillon. Very fresh still, though cork enclosure.

December 7, 2016 - Amazingly pale greenish yellow. Vibrant palate, with intense lemon, lemon curd, and honey notes rippling through the long mouth-watering finish. Grassy/mineral notes emerge with air, along with a bit of toast. Feels like it can go a lot longer. This is a corker.
