Community Tasting Notes 10

February 20, 2020 - Not bad - has a little of that Burgundian barnyard on the nose.

Lighter-bodied on the palate, with good acidity. More red-fruited than black. Drinking well, but also feels like it has time in front of it.

March 10, 2018 - Popped and poured for dinner later today.

Light translucent ruby in the glass, with earthy red fruits on the nose. Nice legs.

Light-bodied, with tart red fruit on the palate. Okay.

May 26, 2014 - Cherry and red plum, orange peel, and soil. Approachable on opening but really gained complexity with air. Nice acidity. Great minerality.

November 25, 2013 - So good two bottles disappeared in minutes over dinner. Just right with coq au vin.

September 15, 2013 - Outstanding and pleasing in every way. People reached for this over a few wines with more personality (or maybe just "more") because it was all-there, balanced, and easy. Definitely ready to drink now if you let it breathe.
