April 27, 2023 - Wow. wasnt expecting too much... but this was a show stopper for the entire table.

    October 13, 2022 - Spot o wine,

PnP and it worked well, no wine showed excellently that evening, still that one stood a little better over the Blagny, in a very different style anyways... really interesting right now.

Scents of dried petals, a bit balsamic, dried fruits, very fragrant and elegant

Acidity drive the wine, with amazing freshness and long finish, no harsh tannins, a superb wine, still not easy to give it a 95ish pointers...

    Great wine indeed

April 6, 2021 - In the zone. Roses and violets, great acid, grippy tannins, supple mouthfeel and a long finish.

  • Rani Does not like this wine: 85 points

August 13, 2020 - Tasted blind. Despite being opened hours earlier, this was very shut down. You could tell it was from Piedmont but it was alcoholic and unyielding.

November 28, 2019 - A very traditional barbaresco, powerful and a bit rustic, turning more elegant with time in glass. PnP and it's very funky. Give it sometime, on nose tar, brown spice, black fruit, a bit dried flower, a bit VA. Rich and powerful on palate, long. Definitely NOT medium weight.
