Community Tasting Notes 3

November 4, 2009 - Big Blueberry, fig, pepper and cassis on the nose. Dark fruits, cedar and spice contribute to the palate, precipitating a lengthy and complex finish. Great structure and depth to this Syrah. This is a thinker. I could imagine this with lamb or veal Osso Bucco.

October 25, 2009 - Big blackberry nose, blackberry and hint of spice and tobacco on the pallete, Smooth and velvety mid pallette. Medium finish, that lingers a bit at end with a note of heat from
    Alcohol, perfect balance other wise.

April 17, 2009 - Sweet blueberry nose. Ripe cherries on the palette a bit sweet for my taste. Medium weight with good mouthfeel, but disjoint and tranisitions harshly to a somewhat simple and tannic finish.
