November 28, 2017 - Very nice even at this date. Round tannins and integrated well. Slight violet and dirt on the nose and a yummy umami flavour. Not very long, but exceedingly drinkable.
December 25, 2016 - As stated last time such great value for money if you can get it. Fully mature and drinking straight from the bottle, it has a nose of cherry and strawberry which develops pleasantly in the mouth. Unfortunately the experience is tempered to a degree by a somewhat acrid finish.
September 6, 2016 - Excellent value for money and fully mature. Surprisingly still drinking well but probably not for a great deal longer. A lovely balance of grape variety and its late age, means it is very approachable and enjoyable. Decanting is probably not necessary.
January 28, 2012 - Very enjoyable. A little light on the body, but tastes of black currants and blackberries with tobacco and earth elements.
October 14, 2011 - Nice cassis , sweet calf leather nose with crises blackberries and currant. Some crushed rocks with limey red fruit. Really not too bad.
September 17, 2011 - Dark garnet with glossy hues. Subtle nose of blackcurrant, earth and gravel. On palate was pretty much what I get from the nose. Light to medium bodied. Medium finish with fine tannins.
