December 2, 2019 - Expressive nose displaying opulent black fruit, blackberry, black cherry, dark spices, lavender, vanilla and limestone. Excellent concentration, rich and opulent but also silky and harmonious, medium acidity and mineral, nicely integrated tannins and a long black fruit driven finish. This feels very luxurious. Not overdone, drinking beautifully.

November 2, 2017 - Floral nose with cherries, intense sweet fruit and warm climate impression. Nice acidity, still unresolved tannin with cherry fruit palate. Surprisingly elegant and lean. Long balanced finish with a touch of heat which is really not that disturbing. Just don't drink too much of it in one go at 15%+

October 13, 2016 - A bit of evolution in terms of colour, dark core. Lovely nose - sweet spices, Christmas cake, dark fruit, dried fruit, cherries. Lots of power, concentration, a bit of heat. Good tannic grip. Fresh, spicy, very well balanced. Very long. Drink or keep. 93-95
November 28, 2014 - Another extravarganza at Søllerød Kro with T & AD (Søllerød Kro): Quite delicious, showing the cool charm of the vintage, and this is actually almost ready to go, showing clear, cool grenache-fruit, garrigue, good acidity and length. It will keep 10 years, but is no sin to open one now and check for yourself.

April 21, 2013 - While clearly outstanding, there was just so much competition from the other wines at this tasting (in particular the 2010, 2009 and 2007 Secret de Sabon, and the 2010 Prestige) that I may have underscored it. More evolved than the other wines, offering classical aromas of beef blood, kirsch, roasted herbs and licorice, this wine doesn’t have the same volume on the palate as the other vintages of Secret alongside which it was tasted. Most of the tannins have melted away but this wine clearly still has a long life ahead of it.
March 4, 2013 - Great wine. Delicius nose. Creamy and luxurius. In the mouth: beatiful red velvety fruit. Smoth and silky. Has great depth and complexity, but still this is very simple to understand and enjoy. Great balance, great wine
