May 8, 2022 - Still marvelous. Balanced medium body, rich black fruit and medium tannins.The alcohol has moderated and the vegetal notes are gone - more earthy than green. Overall still young. Miles to go.

November 14, 2020 - Drinking really well in November 2020, but I wouldn’t wait any longer. Roasted bell peppers, black cherries, and chocolate on the nose. The palate is super soft with more blue fruit, pyrazines, and a hint of oak. Great expression of Cab Franc.

March 27, 2017 - Decanted and hour and drank with grilled pork. Delicious as always. Still vibrant and rich, strong tannins and good acidity. Stood up well to the food and was a pleasure to sip afterwards.

November 28, 2016 - Awesome! Other than Bordeaux, hard to find Cab Franc that ages this nicely. It has wonderful leather and cedar qualities with just enough fruit and acidity to keep it fresh. I wish I had a couple more bottles, still has a couple years if you really wanted to wait, but great now!
