February 14, 2013 - Clear, light gold, watery rim, slow wide tears.
Clean, med + acidity, aromas of honey, fresh cut grass, turkish delight. Dry, med - body, med alcohol, med acidity, no tannins, luscious complexity, further tastes of lemon curd, buttered trout skin, unripened sage and tart grannysmith. Plush minerality with long finish.

January 19, 2012 - Bottle showed slight seepage and capsule was stuck to the bottle bc of residue
Wine was in great shape, however, lemon green in color. Nose a little reserved. Green, smoke, no real oak to speak of. Don't think I would put a fruit on this at all.
Palate is rich, very full-bodied, gripping. High acid, long, lingering finish. Tastes like rocks and tastes like a great example of wine from this place. I'd buy again up to $45 wholesale.

January 4, 2011 - Another painfully backwards 05 yet in a more rich, heady, olld school kind of way. It is muscular for ‘Genevrieres’ with bold aromas and flavours of white peach and flowers the same colour as the aforementioned peach. It is almost Batard like in its power in the mouth and beneath all the dense, sappy fruit is a large frame. It finishes with plenty of dry extract and if it can avoid premox you’d think it’s a wine that will go decades.

July 24, 2010 - Old school Meursault that is rich and heady with notes of candied pear, freshly churned butter and white flowers. Rich and broad in the mouth with good shape and nice underlying minerality.

August 28, 2009 - Ripe peach aromatics with some white flowers and a little toast. Good volume in the mouth and nice underlying minerality. Plenty of flavour but not over-blown.
