December 27, 2016 - Wow. This has totally evolved frOm 5 years ago. From bold to tame. It is now a Nice balanced wine. Succulent fruit forward with a rather short finish with understated tannins. Very easy drinker that is smooth and on the lighter side.

August 27, 2016 - Wunderbare Nase, zeigt dezente Alterstöne, gut ausgewogen

November 13, 2013 - Nice dark fruit on the approach and midpalate with blueberry, blackberry and some oak. Some astringency and acid on the finish which diminished the wine and made me think it was getting tired

February 22, 2013 - Bouteille et bouchon en parfaite condition. Non décantée. Couleur rouge sombre, brillante, aucune trace d'évolution. Nez sur le cassis, les petits fruits des bois, bien parfumé. Très belle bouche, ronde mais jamais molle, avec une touche d'acidité qui donne l'équilibre et la classe. Vraiment très bon!

Opened for 1hr and served. Very dark ruby red. Sweet aromas blueberry, plum, blackcurrant dominated the nose with some leather, earth and spices, quite complex. This was a little but austere on the palate follow by lots of sweet plum, herbs on the mid palate that underpinned firmly by the medium level of tannin and acid. However, this develop into strong savory flavors which almost covered all the sweetness and went on to the medium length finish with salted plum. This was a good wine but I don't really like the strong savory note.
