February 12, 2021 - No notes. One glass only. Opened about an hour before drinking. At odds with most CT notes. Good nose. Medium bodied. Good fruit. Classic mature Burgundy. Perhaps past its best but by no means in terminal decline. Not good at the out-of-100 metric, but I thoroughly enjoyed this.

October 2, 2019 - Clear pale/medium ruby; clean medium nose of red cherries, soil and toast; dry; medium plus acidity; medium tannins; high alcohol; medium body; medium plus flavour intensity; pfn; medium plus finish; very good quality; drink now; felt a little out of balance with lots of burn from acidity and alcohol; wanted to like it but couldn’t

March 8, 2019 - Quite extracted, tastes cooked.

June 26, 2017 - Winos' excellent adventure in France; 6/22/2017-6/27/2017 (All over France): Nicely mature nose displaying ripe raspberry, a hint of mint, cola, smoked meat, and earth. Fully resolved yet there is a hint of dry tannins. Perhaps due to the provenance, still showing good freshness and fruit. No need to wait but no need to rush if you like a lot of tertiary notes.

January 17, 2017 - dumb phase and far from maturity, bad decision to open :)
