December 31, 2023 - 深宝石红偏紫色，闻香有皮毛和腌菜味，应该是开放式发酵的做法，很传统，山楂，李子，草本植物的青，醋栗和脂粉香气。入口酸度高，酒液咸，矿物感清晰，单宁细腻，结构非常漂亮，青椒的味道明显，混合着酸李子的气息，中等酒体，口感干净，鲜活的果香令人印象深刻，偏自然派的风格，结构感和矿物感主导，不是一款大酒，但天然无雕饰，朴实自然，如一阵清风吹来，非常有记忆点的新世界赤霞珠。

April 25, 2022 - Redcurrant, cranberry, earthy spices and graphite. Really nice palate - medium bodied with clean red fruits at the edges, balanced, enough body but a delicacy to it as well. Will develop further but lovely now. Nothing in this bottle for those looking for funk.

October 16, 2021 - Fabulous wine. Dark red. Lovely aromatic nose. Full flavoured fruity with a little earthiness.

October 9, 2021 - Excellent. Slightly lighter than usual, but still drinking well.
Colour: dark red berries
Bouquet: spicey red berries, violets, slightly smokey, mushrooms
Palate: earthy, spicey red berries, plums, sour cherries, black pepper, vanilla, leather and dark chocolate. Medium bodied, with good acid uplift balanced by primary and secondary fruit characters, good length.

July 4, 2021 - Really quite disappointing. Excessive acidity, almost sour. Quite bland overall. Hopefully a bad bottle as I have a few more of this vintage. Really disappointing. Had a Wendouree Cab Merlot 2005 the same evening - no comparison.
