July 25, 2015 - Deep gold color raising concerns. No nose to speak of-mostly mineral. Initial glass seemed flawed with a strong mineral intensity. After an hour the wine mellowed with a strong butter element balanced with the minerals. Decent, but missing fruit. Drink up if you have it.

February 15, 2013 - Bought three of these a few years ago and the first two were flawed. Finally, this one came through. A big ‘traditional’ Cali chard with significant butter and oak. Although I am not a huge fan of the style, I really enjoyed this wine—perhaps due to the relief that at least one of the bottles did not go down the drain….Very Good to Excellent.
