January 20, 2024 - Simply incredible. Tremendous balance, concentration, elegance, sexiness- simply marvelous- and a wine I could drink for the rest of my life and be happy. While a Chambolle Musigny, and for sure the primary profile, some St Denis shows up in all the right spots. At its peak but not going anywhere for a while. It’s a wow wine for sure.

March 9, 2019 - La Paulée de New York Gala Dinner (Pier Sixty - New York NY): Small glass, brief note. serving alongside the amazing 2002. Mature red cherry with good weight, better length and even better balance. Excellent, lacy textures. At its peak.

February 15, 2019 - Top 1er Cru Burg by Benchmark Producers (Imperial Treasure Fine Teochew Cuisne @ Tanjong Pagar Center): Opened at 130pm, tried it and it has some off aromas but blew away quickly.
In a lovey stage that I like, showing some secondary notes of sous bois with more primary fruits and flowers.
Corked back. Serving this as 1st red for the dinner at around 745pm.
Pale ruby. High tone nose, highly aromatic of flowers, blue and red fruits, sous bois, tea leave and a bit of spice. Sweet on the nose and the core is filled with freshness.
Rounded and Chambolle elegance. Very good acidity for 2000, some tea leaves inner perfume , quite spicy on the palate, good length and and building up on the palate. There is a hint of heat at the back. Drinking very well now. -

March 1, 2018 - Zachys La Paulée "Warm-up" Dinner (Sessions at the Presidio - San Francisco CA): Small glass, brief note. Mature red cherry and berry with spice hints. Good weight and length, great balance and textural weightlessness.
