  December 25, 2012 - Popped and poured. Consumed over the next hour. Lots of tropical fruit and a bit of coconut on the palate. Not over the top by any means with just a touch of oak. Very nice stuff. Ready now and should be drank within 3-5 years.

  July 28, 2012 - Those who have saved this wine will be well rewarded. Great perfume nose over a firm mineral base. I suspect could go a few more years, like a good white Burgundy.

  June 5, 2010 - Best Williams Selyem chardonnay I have ever tasted, which is saying something; absolutely stunning nose; vanilla, apple, lemon, bit of oak, wine does not deliver as strongly on the finish, but it is still an impressive effort; lots of balance; if you like strong vanilla notes in your chard, this wine is for you; this will last for a few more years; wish I had more, but the price caused me to only get one bottle of this one.
