  July 23, 2023 - What a difference this wine was tonite compared to my last bottle. I was convinced it was over the hill, however the bottle variance from my last bottle to this one was significant. I decanted approximately 30 min and this was singing. I believe now that there is plenty of life left in these bottles. 92pts

  February 9, 2023 - Bought a few of these directly from the Family. They released some cellared vintages in the fall of 2022 to their list. PNP and enjoyed over the course of 1.5hrs. By its looks it could have been mistaken for a port or an old Tuscan, very brown around the edges and throughout. You could tell this was an old wine. The perfume was all RRV and the initial taste was true Pinot. Had some tannins on the finish and is slightly bitter. All in all, it was fun to drink a piece of history, however this is past it’s prime and needs to be drank sooner than later. I will make sure my other two bottles are drank before the end of the year.
