February 25, 2024 - Orange. Honey and orange peel. Still drinking very young I would give this another decade or two at least.

December 15, 2023 - The Sampler in London just wouldn't get back to me about where these were and probably sold them off. Apparently they are doing away with en primeur sales. Just as well. Very poorly handled.

July 2, 2023 - Drinking really well at the moment. Vibrant acidity with secondary flavors on the palate. Honey and dried fruit. Saurternes age slowly so I suspect this will age for another decade or more.

February 28, 2023 - Drank over a couple weeks. Initially, it was a bit flat and advanced, but the leftovers drank better more than a week later. I don't see this getting better with additional age, so start drinking them now if you're holding.

December 25, 2021 - Drank with torchon of foil gras! Lovely paring... Deep honey golden color. Apricot, quince and honey on the nose. Not a lot of botrytis but really really good. Drink or keep another 10 years!

November 11, 2021 - This was on fire tonight. apricot, pear, honey, and a distinct baked apple pie filling (with plenty of cinnamon/spice) note round out this wonderful Sauternes. Acidity balanced. Not incredibly complex and without the endless finish that would push the rating up higher but this is really, really good. Secondary notes are entering and this should drink well for another 10 years.

October 30, 2021 - Wow, so spicy tasting! Just right sweetness and acidity. Drank this outside around the fire pit after dark, so couldn't take good notes, and can only provide an approximate score (could be higher).

July 5, 2021 - Very dark orange but a balanced sweetness overall. Nice acidity. Excellent. Very good QPR at $22/375ml. Sadly my last bottle.

June 14, 2021 - Another tasty bottle. Venturing into the aged profile but plenty of acidity to keep it all together. Excellent QPR.
