  March 18, 2009 - First 90 mins, I must say, this wine has no scent, just like mineral water with a very very tiny little fruity scent+ mineral. When I didn't notice, the typical Pacalet's aroma builds up nicely bit by bit then becomes strawberry, stem's greeny, tempting more than seductive, this girl has beautiful sexy eyes, good clean and good deep...you never know what you gonna get at its end.
  
  In the mouth, acid is a little bit high but I call it " Fresh " and clearly expresses 2006 vintage character, not that big, not too strong but I call it " Beautiful "... As time goes by.... tannin is very dense, trick as a rubber and I call it " Rounded tannic " ....a joyride....very strange texture but I like it. Beaune is rough, I agree. This is interesting how Pacalet does it amazing good.
  
  Aftertaste...getting better and better with time...a little bit sensational finished and deep powerful after 4.30 hours.
  
  The effect between Prieure Roch and Pacalet, I better stop with Roch and buying more selections of Pacalet's wine...that's only from my senses.
  
  Drink Christmas 2010 - 2030 ..........92+/100..........
