September 28, 2023 - Brownish rim. Dried herbs and a little fruit. Smooth tannins, integrated and balanced acidity. Long finish. Fruit stays. A lot better than I thought.

February 18, 2023 - Beautiful aroma's of chocolate, vanilla, cherry, prune and blueberries.
    Very long finish.
Softened up tannins and exact within it's drinking window, but still enough power to las a few more years.

December 3, 2022 - Drinking beautifully now. I gave it a short decant (also to remove the fairly abundant sediment). Hugely enjoyable. Only 2 (of 12) left, unfortunately. In my opinion, no need to hurry to finish them off.

March 22, 2022 - drank over two days and the first sip was probably the best! Typical for the vintage, this is quite a lightweight wine, easy drinking and does need drinking in the short term

November 19, 2021 - From Paris with Love, 2021 Edition; 11/19/2021-11/21/2021 (Paris (La Tour D'Argent et al)): Decanted for a good 20 mins but more is advisable at this stage as the wine is very young. Albeit a 2007 this is not yet there in the evolution cycle unlike most of its peers. Very elegant wine as we have come to expect from this great estate . Dark fruited , soft herby edge and very little in secondary dynamics. Light oaky side too and really this needs another 5yrs minimum unless one prefers the dominance of fruit in wine. 92 for now but with lots of promise
