March 22, 2023 - Pronounced nose intensity with notes of black fruits, mushroom, spices, toast. Medium+ acidity and medium tannin. Tannin is velvety and rounded. Drinking very well. Did not decant.

December 24, 2022 - Pleasantly surprised. Still in the drinking window but perhaps on the way down. We decanted for 2+ hours and then enjoyed an integrated Pomerol. Menthol / spices / mint / classic barn yard. Don’t be fooled by the sub par vintage. This is a worthy ‘drinker!’

November 1, 2019 - Nose of cassis, violets, barnyard funk. Tasted black fruits, violets, grape skin, tobacco, herbs and peppers. Long spicy finish, with a bitter espresso aftertaste. Dense. However, the bottle became rather edgy after awhile. Not bad overall. Not sure if this will improve though
