  May 8, 2016 - Just enjoying this in the garden on a fantastic sunny day. Ideal aperitif, lively bubbles to start with but it does die of quite quickly. Light amber gold in colour, not much on the nose. Nicely balanced with a bit of peach and apricot. A bit fuller bodied than some proseccos and nice finish.

  April 11, 2016 - Vinitaly 2016; 4/10/2016-4/13/2016 (Verona, Italy): Floral, green apple, a bit too bubblegum, green, the palate is nice though, sweet fruit, pear with nice mouthfeel, roundness from the sugar, nice to have by the glass

  March 27, 2015 - Muted nose. Big bubbles which dispate fast, in fact 15 minutes in the glass and it was completely flat. Fruit is ripe pear with a slight prickle and salinity on the finish. Average.
