January 2, 2023 - This is lovely, elegant and charming, beautifully fragrant, maturing with some development mixes through the fruit. Light footed and understated, if only all cabs were like this and if only I had more bottles !

Beautiful dark ruby purple with a hint of brick. Crystal clear. The nose is stunning - plums, tea, hedgerow fruit, blackberry leaves. Beautiful balance, powerful but precise. So typical of Corison. Full, clean, balanced and simply bursting with life. My wine of the year, without a doubt and what a pairing with pink roast beef.
Absolutely no regrets about drinking this, my last bottle. This is why I'm in to wine. Breathtakingly beautiful and my highest ever score.

October 14, 2018 - Far superior to previous bottles. Really lovely and expressive nose...cassis and cigar box, spices a touch of dust, soft fruit and with some lingering tannin on the finish.
July 23, 2018 - Second of three bottles. Absolutely killer nose - all black cherries, vanilla, coffee grounds and singed meat. A wonderful smell that fills the room even from a nearly empty glass. On the palate dark ripe cherries again with that slightly bloody note, meat juices and beef stock. Drinking so well right now. A simply epic bottle of wine. Wow.
May 5, 2018 - Notes of orange and orange blossom. Good for pairing with rich foods. $550 for 1.5 L at winery.
January 29, 2018 - Oh! This was a good bottle. Double decanted for an hour before it accompanied a delightful dinner.
January 22, 2018 - Light fruit flavors, some subtle spice (lacking a bit of concentration and weight), but super drinkable with our dinner of thin crust pizza and at 12.5% abv refreshing.
September 25, 2017 - Dark saturated purple with a garnet core. Lots of fine sediment. Cassis and cigar box nose. Beautifully round and warm fruit with slight bloody hint. Tannins fully resolved. At its peak now but not about to roll over either. What a treat.
