May 25, 2011 - The best bottle I have had so far, nice pommard funk initially, blowing off after 20 min or so of air. Body and taste were light, with watery cherry and earth continuing through out. Once again nothing to write home about, this wine is very hit or miss.

April 24, 2011 - Light in body but with persistence. Probably at peak now. Very competent everyday Burgundy.

January 8, 2011 - This wine continues to disappoint, it may have once brought the pommard funk, but it is clear this wine is waning, fast. The nose and palate give way to hints of what you expect from a good burgundy, but these characteristics are so slight, they leave you wondering what happened to the rest. Immediate sour cherry both on nose and palate, the acid is still present, some vegetable and greeness is still present, but not much else is left on the finish. Wish this was my last bottle . . .

July 25, 2010 - The opening nose strongly varietal, without hint of terroir, suggesting California Pinot. Rather thin and weightless at first, it bulks up with time and the color deepens. Although it never shows terroir, not even anything identifiable as Pommard, a very sound village wine from a fine vintage, and a bargain that gets better every day.

April 14, 2009 - This bottle seems closed down and shows very little of the brightness noticed last time. Still balanced plum and cherry with minerality and a funky earthiness. Just not at the score I gave this wine last time.
